THE OFFICIAL HOME OF
THE MINNESOTA STRIKE

Our mission is to promote Visibility, Equity, and Community in the sport of ultimate.

VISIBILITY: Showcase, support, and celebrate women and gender-expansive ultimate players.

EQUITY: Provide mentorship and opportunities to marginalized athletes, especially women/girls, transgender and non-binary people, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, and those of marginalized socio-economic classes.

COMMUNITY: Work to make our ultimate community more representative of our community as a whole through organizational partnerships and role modeling socially just organizational practices.

We are grounded in equity & diversity, and strive to inspire and empower future generations of marginalized people in ultimate. We will continue to learn and grow as individuals and an organization, including changing our behavior and language in order to reflect inclusivity of marginalized people that the league seeks to support.
The Premier Ultimate League (PUL) is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization founded in 2019 with eight teams. Strike joined the PUL in 2020 in the league's first expansion. The league now includes 12 teams competing in two geographic divisions. Learn more about the PUL and the league's mission.
The PUL follows the rules of USA Ultimate, with a few slight differences including timed quarters.
